Introduction

Welcome to Aapplify! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aapplify website and AI-based automation services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Use of the Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Aapplify. By using our Services, you represent that you are of legal age and are authorized to use the Services.
  • Account Creation: To use certain features of Aapplify, you may be required to create an account by providing your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Trial and Paid Plans: Aapplify offers various service plans, including free trials and paid subscriptions (e.g., 5 trials, 50 trials for $9.99, unlimited trials for $29.99). By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
    • Using the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
    • Disrupting or interfering with the Services or servers.
    • Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the Services without prior authorization.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to Aapplify (including software, AI algorithms, and automation processes) are owned by Aapplify or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

3. AI Automation and User Responsibility

  • AI Output: Aapplify's AI-based automation tools are designed to assist with tasks like automating applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel). However, Aapplify makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the AI outputs.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated outputs before using them in any business or legal capacity. Aapplify is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Aapplify is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aapplify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will Aapplify, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or any misuse of the Services.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete any copies of Aapplifys content in your possession.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nassau County, New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Aapplify will be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
